My journey started with my own amazing counselling experience, which completely changed my life. Counselling has helped me grow in confidence, self-belief and to have healthier relationships with others. Having experienced a complete transformation in myself, I couldn’t think of anything more amazing than helping others experience this change.
My counselling style is to work collaboratively, using encouragement, gentle challenging, with a strong sense of respect and autonomy. I believe we all have the ability to find the answers for ourselves; sometimes we just need a little help getting there.
